punch drunk

dr. kelli cargile cook (whose name, i discovered today, i've been mistakenly hyphenating all semester long) says 'punch drunk' is the word to describe how you feel (tired, anxious, and unbelievably tense) after you've put two long weeks and four straight days of work into a project and you're still pushing and pushing and pushing to the end and the end is poised, crouched and ready to devour you and all your concentration.

our proposal was finished and printed this morning.
our presentation to dr. smitten went off okay, even though there were stupid silly problems with the projector and that messed up all three groups.

so that's over.
and our bookcover design was turned in last thursday
and my essay on biblical dissociations was turned in last thursday

and now i'm going to finish my editing project.

and then school will be over til january.

and that means i can work on:

• alumni network site
• online portfolio
• fmit
• starcustard

and other personal junk.
