this is the ultimate class of my as-yet-unfinished degree.
supposedly it will prepare me for the real world and for seriously successful employment somewhere out in that world.
we'll see how that goes. all i know right now is that it will take a lot of work.
there will be the regular busyworkish assignments of reading and writing and researching.
there will be the massively important portfolios: print as well as electronic.
there will be mock interviews, mock applications, etc.
there will be a requirement of 2 hours per week volunteering in the english writing labs over which Dr Cheryl Ball presides as queen bee.
and then it will be over.
then what?
